Terms & Conditions:
Being digital
Interactive installation and animation, Art and Digital Direction

The project raises awareness about digital rights, focusing on terms and conditions, cookies, and AI tracking.
An interactive animation installation that brings digital consent into physical space. This project explores the tension between digital agreements: terms & conditions, cookies, AI tracking and the passive way we engage with them. These systems are rarely read, yet constantly accepted.
As participants move through the installation, contract text tracks their body, gradually building an immersive and confrontational experience. The journey begins with an introductory screen inviting the viewer to participate, and ends with a dramatic flood of inescapable "Accept" buttons.
The project was developed collaboratively as part of the Across RCA course, and tested in a live environment at the Royal College of Art. Created in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and performance artist Yuko Arai, who explored the system's dynamics through choreographed movement.
